How did you find out about derby?
I was working at a construction subcontracter in Florida at the time, and an employee working at the main contractor played in a local league. She recommended me to come out and try it, and as someone who had just moved in the area and didn't know many people, I decided to try it out.
What are you looking for in a league?
The camaraderie and care about others in the league. While it's a tough sport that includes a lot of physical contact, it's good to have league mates that want to make sure you're okay at the end of the day.
What do you do outside of derby?
Outside of work and derby, I like photography, reading, and hiking.
